Suffolk Adult Learners’ Awards 2022 – 30th June 2022

The Awards, organised by the University of Suffolk and Suffolk County Council, have now been running for over 10 years and celebrate the hard work and outstanding achievements of adult learners’ over the past year.  

This year’s Awards ceremony was hosted by Cad Taylor, BBC Belongings & The Hive, Ipswich and one of Suffolk’s 100 inspirational women.

Suffolk Adult Learners’ Awards 2021 – 24th June 2021, 6.00pm

We are delighted that the Suffolk Adult Learners’ Awards 2021 will go ahead this year and the ceremony will be a virtual event and take place on Thursday 24th June 2021, at 6.00pm.

Suffolk groups, individuals and learning and training providers are being urged to nominate candidates for the learning undertaken over the last year: May 2019 – April 2021.

The Awards, now in their 10th year, celebrate the outstanding achievements of adult learners’ and their teachers. They recognise the commitment shown by tutors, volunteers, providers and learners’ while demonstrating the impact adult learning has on the lives of individuals. It can be for any kind of learning, it doesn’t have to be formal learning with qualifications – it could be learning that has taken place in a community group, at work, etc.

Nominations open on 22nd February and must be received by 9am on 30 April 2021.
